My 10 Positive Things While Being in Quarantine

1. I stay away from the virus and protect myself and the ones around me – being in quarantine doesn’t mean just being ‘locked up’ but teaches me how to participate to the world’s well being through solidarity and a responsible behavior!

2. I spend more time than ever before with my favorite people, my family
Seldom I have had that much time to enjoy my kids, their presence day in day out throughout my ‘working rhythm’ – time home gives me a whole new opportunity to bond properly with my closest ones, making them matter most!

3. My nutrition is much better since I’m not traveling, not eating in restaurants alone and avoid ordering Take Out food – I finally can prove that I am capable to cook and reinvent meals every day!

4. I can plan my activities well in advance and focus on my targets, since now I’m not traveling anywhereJ so I have a clear mind – Meditation (although I’m a complete beginner), helps me focus better on specific themes. I can decide on a REAL personal priority list instead of just writing down TO DO lists.

5.My expenses significantly got reduced!! I’m not spending as much money as before, especially since I’m not going out so equally not regularly in front of temptations…Good opportunity to save some money for the important things in life!

6.I have finally found the time to read again through my favorite books and listen to some podcasts I always wanted to listen to, but never found the time to do so. I realized I had so many books in my library I still haven’t managed to touch because of lack of time.

7.Knowing that every day we get closer to finding a cure to Covid-19, a vaccine, a way to handle it, makes me feel better and optimistic, helps me starting to believe that all this will soon be over and we will rise again stronger than before.

8. I feel relieved that with such a tremendous reduction of traveling, so many flights canceled, cars not being used as before…pollution has been significantly reduced and we’re all thus contributing to nature slowly recovering. Living in a warm country, I can literally watch nature rebuilding, blooming and almost being thankful for this huge break humanity gave it!

9. In the current situation we all learn to appreciate life in a different way, getting aligned with being thankful for the small, simple things in life and appreciating health! Being able to wake up every day makes me feel thankful and manifest gratitude!

10. WE are forced to find new chances, reconsider the way we do business and rethink how to return into our daily lives after this difficult times pass. This break gives us time to revise our routines, cut inefficient processes, get inventive towards surviving in the workaholic culture and rethink digital opportunities
